Tackling a Horror Film Role

Fall 2024

Ever since I was a teenager, I've been absolutely in love with horror films, and I’m beyond excited to share that I’ve been cast in my first horror film, "Waking Hour," written and directed by the talented Alissa Xhixhabesi. You might know Alissa as the Director of Photography for the 16mm film "Eyes On You," directed by Evelyn Grace Pereira—a project I was lucky enough to be a part of last spring.

When Alissa invited me to join "Waking Hour," I was honored. This is my second short film shot on 16mm, and each time I work with this format, I feel myself growing as an actor. There's something about the tangible nature of film—its richness, its texture, its cost—that really pushes me to be fully present and in the moment, even more so with every take. It’s a challenge, but one that I’ve found to be incredibly rewarding. Film doesn't offer the luxury of countless digital retakes, and that pressure fuels my focus and authenticity in every scene.

I'm thrilled to bring everything I’ve learned to this new project and can’t wait to see where this journey in horror takes me next!

The Terry Knickerbocker Studio

July 2024

I'm excited to share that I've joined the Terry Knickerbocker Summer Intensive crew! Since moving to NYC, I've been eager to further my acting education. Terry Knickerbocker's program focuses on the Meisner technique, a style that has helped me discover so much about myself and my craft. Embracing the idea that every moment has its own unique meaning, has allowed a lot of freedom within my acting, enabling me to become an eager feather to my partner's wind. I'm looking forward to sharing how I take risks in my work all while embracing being a part of the “Polar Bear Club”!

Joining the FUAME Network!

May 2024

Since January 2024, I’ve become a local host in Brooklyn, New York for the Fuame Network which stands for, “For U and Me”. My role involves filming myself as I explore the city’s best spots, sharing insights about the local culture from the residents and myself. This experience has ignited my passion for storytelling in the social media sphere. Plus, I get to eat my favorite foods for a living — how lucky am I??

American’s Review

February 2024

In January of 2023, I received the incredible opportunity to join award winning author Rima Ray on a new YouTube channel called Americans React, now called Americans Review!

Americans Review is a channel where we react to a multitude of videos, sharing our comments and reflections around the content we view with the aim of learning more about media beyond America, and striving to become a cultural bridge between the United States, India, and beyond.

Like Rima says, we love our AR family, which has grown rapidly. And now in May of 2024, we are currently at 166K subscribers. With a total of almost 19 million views so far. So thankful for this opportunity and I can’t wait to see where the channel goes. :)

I Want You

I Want You is a poem by James McInerney, filmed as part of The Poetry Project, a mental health awareness initiative. This free project has been making a positive impact worldwide since 2018.

A huge thanks to James for inviting me to be a part of this project. I had so much fun delving into this piece.
